Founder, Kym Vercoe, has over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience across a broad range of industries from FMCG, retail, tourism, and mining through to services.
We’ve worked with a wide range of companies from the multi-national firms through to single-operators. The philosophy remains the same – write a solid strategy, understand the market, implement plans that drive the consumer to act and do it all within the allocated budget.
So, what have we done lately?
Start-up business NetArk had a great, yet complicated service offer for their client base but were struggling to find a way to communicate this with ease. We were engaged to segment and sub-brand their service offer, write their marketing plans, develop a launch direct mail campaign and create a strong corporate brochure and stationery to help communicate their offer. Feedback so far from the market has been fantastic and first new major client is on the board.
We’ve created a full year marketing and advertising strategy for our legal recruitment client including conceiving, writing and developing magazine ads, negotiating media buy, developing collateral materials and social media strategy.
Airport software solutions provider, Intersystems, needed to reposition their brand in the market so we developed a solid brand architecture for them, redesigned the logo and all stationery and collateral, created a new website along with social media sites, wrote a stack of media releases, created an animated DVD housing their corporate information, and blew the socks off their USA sister-company. We’re now rolling out the 12 month marketing strategy we developed.
Government software solutions provider, Lighthouse, needed a revamp. We redesigned their brand architecture including creating a 3-tiered pricing structure, renamed the company as part of the repositioning strategy, developed their new logo, stationery, collateral, website and social media, then renamed and relaunched their product line, Navigate, including developing and supplying brand new packaging. We’re now working on the launch of a new product line for them due out in 2012.
Tourism Queensland’s Million Dollar Memo campaign needed implementation and fast. Contracted for 3 days a week for an 11 month period, we provided that extra set of hands to get the project out and ensure media and communication plans were well executed.
ABC Learning Centres had several projects on the go but deadlines were looming. We stepped in as an extra set of hands to fast-track their advertising, website and survey projects to ensure they met their goals.
